The 22nd WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION- CIVIL SUPPORT TEAM has a requirement to buy realistic medical training equipment in support of its mission trainings. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation with all the specifications and requirement of the equipment. This requirement issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award. This acquisition is as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339999 with a size standard of 500 employees. The specification of the equipment has to be in accordance with (IAW) the attached Solicitation. Offers must provide a complete description, pictures of the equipment quoted and delivery date. The equipment must be deliver at PRARNG Readiness Center, BLDG 547, Columbus St., Fort Buchanan, P.R. 00934.
