Please see the Ammendment attached. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of this ammendment is to change the bid oppening date to 31 Agust 2020. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for Fort Allen Training Center (FATC) Elevated Water Tank Repair and Maintenance. The project consists of all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to sand blast, repair and epoxy coat of the water bowl. Magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of Performance is 180 calendar days after notice to proceed to include punch list and final inspection. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 237110. This is a 100% Total set-aside for Small Business. Your attention is directed to FAR Clause 52.219-14 (b)(4) Limitations on Subcontracting which states "By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror /Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract in the case of a contract for Construction by a general contractors, the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees" applies to this project. Specific details will be posted in the solicitation. Question due dated is 4:00 PM 31 July 2020. The solicitation closing date is scheduled for on-or about 2:30 PM 24 August 2020 at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center Theater, PR 00751.
