GENERAL INFORMATION The 156th Contracting Office, 200 Ave. Jose A Tony Santana, Muñiz ANG, PR has a requirement to furnish Building 16 that will home our Medical Group, the Services Flight and the Dining Facility, as described in the Scope of Work (SOW)(Attachment 1). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 337214 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. II. NATURE OF ACQUISITION: The Puerto Rico ANG has a requirement to purchase the below listed items. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
