GENERAL INFORMATION The 156th Wing, 200 Ave. Jose A Tony Santana, Muñiz ANG, PR has a requirement of purchasing and installing 4 trailer-offices (or pre-fabricated relocatable facilities with same specifications) as described in the Statement of Work (SOW), (Attachment 2). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 321991 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. II. NATURE OF ACQUISITION: The Puerto Rico ANG has a requirement to purchase the below listed items. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
