The time and date for receipt of quotes remains unchanged. The Human Resource Office of the Virginia Army National Guard will conduct Federal Employee Retirement System (FERS) Training on 1-2 March and 26-27 July 2023 in Richmond VA. This action is a 100% Small Business Set Aside with a small business size standard of $13 million.
