The Virginia National Guard seeks a vendor to provide medical exams for employees who may have been exposed to hazardous materials. Questions must be submitted by email only to Katina Moore and will be accepted until October 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EST; phone calls are not accepted. Offerors must email an electronic dated quote and include a signed Information Sheet, completed Reps and Certs for 52.219-1, proof of medical liability insurance, and the pricing schedule. Quotes missing required information may be deemed nonresponsive, and facsimile quotes will not be accepted.
