This is a synopsis of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation for this notice will be published on https://sam.gov as a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about March 28, 2025. B. The Virginia Army National Guard (VaARNG) is seeking CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Nuclear, Radioactive) related services for training exercises which will take place at Fort Barfoot, in Blackstone Virginia. Services include but are not limited to the need for displaced civilian role players, ambulatory support, and structural reset. C. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from the RFQ. Multiple awards will not be made. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for these services is 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services). The Product Service Code (PSC) is R412 (Support- Professional: Simulation). This requirement will be a 100% Set aside for small businesses. Only qualified offerors may submit quotes. D. Payment will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) application in accordance with DFARS clause 252.232-7006, Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions. E. To be considered for an award, vendors shall have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the representations and certifications in their SAM registration are accurate and current. F. On behalf of the Government, the Contracting Officer intends to evaluate each quote and make an award without discussions. The Contracting Officer unilaterally reserves the right to determine if it is necessary to conduct discussions.
