The solicitation for this notice will be published on https://sam.gov as a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about February 11, 2025. B. The Virginia Army National Guard (VaARNG) is seeking the procurement and delivery of associated support items of equipment (ASOIE) for UTS CP tent models TXL80, TMT54, TM54, TM36, and TM 18. Required items will include light sets, Y-adapters, ducts, and connector boots. Delivery will take place at several locations throughout Virginia. C. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from the RFQ. Multiple awards will not be made. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for these services is 335132 (Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Electric Lighting Fixture Manufacturing). The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6230 (Electric Portable Hand Lighting Equipment). This requirement will be a 100% Set aside for small businesses. Only qualified offerors may submit quotes. D. Payment will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) application in accordance with DFARS clause 252.232-7006, Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions. E. To be considered for an award, vendors shall have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov. The Virginia Army National Guard (VaARNG) plans to post a solicitation for the procurement of lighting for UTS System Command Post models, TXL80, TMT54, TM54, TM36, and TM18. This notice is a Sources Sought. This is not a request for quote or proposal. Separate notices will be posted prior to or when solicitations are issued to industry. The intent of this notice is to determine if there are businesses who can support this requirement. The intention is to procure this service on a competitive, firm-fixed price basis. Interested vendors are encouraged to respond to this notice. The VaARNG seeks sources that can provide the following equipment details: 1. Lighting for UTS Systems Command Post Tent Models TXL80, TMT54, TM54, TM36, and TM18. 2. Lighting for each tent model that includes blue blackout capabilities and a master control box. 3. Lights, that when set up, do not hang so low that they create obstructions to entry and movement within the tent by duty personnel. 4. Environmentally tight canvas connectors for U.S. Army model M1087A1P2 (EXPANDO Van), which connects to UTS Series Tent End Door and is colored OD Green. 5. Heating Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC) Duct "Y" Adapters – Inputs into the Duct of One (1) Environment Control Unit (ECU) and Outputs into two (2) Ducts for Tentage Ventilation. 16in Diameter and is colored OD Green. 6. Heating Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC) Duct that is 16" diameter x 20' Long colored OD Green 4. Light sets that can be shipped as complete sets to five (5) locations across Virginia. All interested parties must accurately reflect their size and socio-economic status if a small business.
