Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions submitted by industry, delete Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 2001, revise the maximum order limitation for CLIN 1001, clarify the ordering period to read a one year base ordering period with one 12-month optional ordering period, revise Exhibits A&B and the AT Pricing Model and extend the closing date to January 25, 2024. A copy of the amendment, questions and answers and revised Exhibits A & B and the AT Price Model are attached to this post. --------------- The Virginia National Guard is soliciting for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for raw subsistence and rations to be delivered to multiple locations on multiple dates in accordance with individual delivery orders which will be issued throughout the year. The Request for Proposal (RFP) and all applicable documents are attached to this announcement. Questions are to be submitted in writing no later than 11:00 a.m. ET on January 8, 2024. Proposals are due not later than the date and time specified in this announcement unless otherwise amended.

The Virginia Army National Guard (VAARNG) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision for the delivery of raw subsistence and rations to various locations throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia in support of Inactive Duty Training (IDT), Annual Training (AT) and training at the VAARNG Regional Training Institute (RTI). The requirement will be solicited and awarded as a single-award, Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), with exact delivery dates, delivery locations and quantities of raw subsistence and meal kits identified on individual delivery orders issued during the life of the contract. This action will be issued as a small business set aside under NAICS code 311991 Perishable Prepared Food Manufacturing with a small business size standard 500 employees. The RFP will be posted to the System for Award Management (SAM) Contract Opportunities’ website on or about October 26, 2023, with proposals due on November 27, 2023. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for updated notications and/or amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent in paper copy. Interested vendors may submit, via email, a request to be notified of the posting in SAM to Mrs. Katina Moore, katina.l.moore7.civ@army.mil. Phone requests will not be accepted. Faxed proposals and amendment will not be accepted. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Vendors are responsible to ensure the representations and certifications in their SAM registration are accurate and current.
