THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal (RFP), request for quote (RFQ), or invitation for bid (IFB). No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Virginia National is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide freezer storage for the COVID 19 vaccine. The storage unit must meet CDC Guidelines, be NIST Certified, include a temperature monitoring device and capable of holding temperatures between -25c to -15c(-13f to 5f). Interested vendors are encouraged to submit a response to this notice with a statement of interest on company letterhead. When responding, in Subject line insert: Sources Sought Virginia National COVID 19 vaccine freezer storage. As a minimum, the following information shall be provided: 1. Company Name; 2. Company Mailing Address; 3. Point(s) of Contact including telephone number(s) & email address(es); 4. Socio-Economic Business Status (i.e. Small/Large Business, HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, 8(a), etc.); 5. NAICS Codes; 6. DUNS Number; 7. If your firm holds a GSA schedule with this Item, please list the GSA Contract Number from which the freezer may be purchased; 8. Product information - this can include a website link from which product information can be viewed; 9. Published price list; and 10. Identification of where product is manufactured. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART), PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. SOLICITED ON THE OPEN MARKET OR RESTRICTED TO COMPETITION AGAINST AN EXISTING ORDERING VEHICLE (i.e. GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Other Agency Multiple Award Contract (MAC) or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)). All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought request. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.
