General Information This solicitation is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and corresponding attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912LQ-20-Q-0007 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991 with a small business size standard of $8M. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-06, effective 10 October 2019. The Virginia Army National Guard (VAARNG) is requires delivery, pick-up and servicing of latrines, hand-washing stations and grey water tanks at Fort AP Hill during the period November 2019 - September 2020. 2. The government will award an order to the responsive, responsible vendor whose quote is low and can be determined fair and reasonable. Multiple awards will not be made. In order to be considered for award, vendors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. The performance work statement and applicable wage determinations included in the attachment to this announcement, or subsequent amendment, will be made a part of any resulting award. 3.
