A. This is a synopsis of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation for this notice will be published on https://sam.gov as a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about December 5, 2024, with a closing date on or about December 20, 2024, and an anticipated award date of January 10, 2024. B. The Virginia Army National Guard (VaARNG) is seeking to establish multiple non-personal service Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide repair and maintenance services for Kitchen Equipment in VaARMG armories across the commonwealth of Virginia. A BPA will be award for call orders to issue against. The period of performance starts with date of award with a ordering period of 60 calendar months. C. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for these services is 811412 (Appliance Repair and Maintenance) with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J072 (Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Household and Commercial Furnishings and Appliances). This requirement will be a set aside for small business. Multiple awards may be considered. D. To be considered for an award, vendors shall have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the representations and certifications in their SAM registration are accurate and current. E. Payment will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) application in accordance with DFARS clause 252.232-7006, Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions. F. On behalf of the Government, the Contracting Officer intends to evaluate each quote and make an award without discussions. The Contracting Officer unilaterally reserves the right to determine if it is necessary to conduct discussions.
