This is a synopsis of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation for this notice will be published on https://sam.gov as a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about May 10, 2024, with a closing date on or about May 17, 2024, and an anticipated award date of May 24, 2024. B. The Virginia Army National Guard (VaARNG) is seeking the delivery, set up, usage, and pick up of mobile laundry trailer services performed at the State Military Reservation in Virginia Beach, VA. These services will occur between June 10, 2024 (initial delivery), and June 14, 2024 (pick up). The mobile laundry trailer will have 8-12 functional washing machines and 8-12 functional dryers inside for use. Electricity, water, and wastewater disposal will be provided and available for connection. No gas or propane utilities/services are provided by the Government. The specific servicing location will be provided at the time of award. C. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from the RFQ. Multiple awards will not be made. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for these services is 812320 (Dry-cleaning and Laundry Services, except Coin-Operated). The Product Service Code (PSC) is 3510 (Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Equipment). This requirement will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Only qualified offerors may submit quotes. D. To be considered for an award, vendors shall have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the representations and certifications in their SAM registration are accurate and current. E. Payment will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) application in accordance with DFARS clause 252.232-7006, Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions.
