The Virginia Army National Guard (VAARNG) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to provide catered food service for CERF-P at Virginia Beach Fire Training Center and Camp Pendleton, Virginia Beach from May 15-24, 2023. This action will be issued as a Small Business set-aside, Firm-Fix Price Contract under NAICS code 722320 with a small business size standard of $9,000,000.00. The RFQ will be posted to the System for Award Management (SAM) Contract Opportunities’ website on or about February 28, 2023, with quotes due on or about March 16. These dates are subject to change. All amendment to the solicitation will be likewise posted on these websites. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled, and amendment will not be sent out in paper copy. Interested vendors may submit, via email, a request to be notified of the posting in SAM to Mrs. Katina Moore, katina.l.moore7.civ@army.mil. Phone requests will not be accepted. Faxed quotes and amendment will not be accepted. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Vendors are responsible to ensure the representations, and certification in their SAM registration are accurate and current.
