General Information: a. The purpose of this request is to acquire a wireless, or wired remote controlled, helicopter automated mobility platform that will help the Army Aviation Support Facility maintenance crew conduct aircraft maintenance more safely and efficiently. Government intenteds to awards on a brand name specific in accordance with the limited source justification attached to this notice. b. The Government will award a Firm Fixed-Price Single Source contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333924, (Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing). The Product Service Code (PSC) is 1730, (Aircraft Ground Servicing Equipment) with a business size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-A-Side only. This document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07, dated August 10, 2022. c. The Government will not pay for costs associated with the preparation of a quote in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. d. Payment will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) application in accordance with DFARS clause 252.232-7006, Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions. e. Interested vendors agree to hold the prices in its quote firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for the closing of this RFQ.
