The Virginia Army National Guard (VAARNG) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and quality control necessary to support the VAARNG Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Enhanced Response Force Package's (CERFP) Collective Training in May 2022 at the Virginia Beach Fire and Training Center. This action will be issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 541990 All other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services with a small business size standard of $16.5M. The RFQ will be posted to the System for Award Management (SAM) Contract Opportunities' website on or about April 4, 2022 with quotes due on or about April 18, 2022. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on these websites. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. Interested vendors may submit, via email, a request to be notified of the posting in SAM to Mr. Wesley Spencer. Phone requests will not be accepted. Faxed quotes and amendments will not be accepted. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Vendors are responsible to ensure the representations, and certifications in their SAM registration are accurate and current.
