The destination is not on the schedule. What is the destination? Answer 1: The above statement is hereby revised to read as follows: Delivery shall be to Blackstone, Virginia 23284. A complete delivery address will be provided at time of award. Question 2: Is the sign to look like the image below the word “Example” (that includes the fire looking sides) or the image below the words “Sign Logo” (just the black sign)? Answer 2: The example is merely an example of a sign. The government requirement is for a black sign with the recruiting logo show in the solicitation. Question 3. Please confirm the quantity you would like us to quote. Answer 3. 10,000. Question 4. Are these plain or with writing? Answer 4. The sign is plain with the logo. Question 5. Should the yard sign be single-sided or double-sided? Answer 5. Single-sided. Question 6. If we receive the contract reward, will you be sending out the exact logo file that you would like printed on the yard sign? Answer 6. Yes. Question 7. Do you have the exact color code for the flame design in the background behind the logo? Answer 7. The flame is an example picture. No flame design is required. Question 8. Would you like a sample sent before the complete delivery of the 10,000 order? Answer 9. Yes. A sample is required to be sent to the government for approval prior to production and delivery of the full order. Question 10. What is all the contact information you would like displayed on the actual yard sign in addition to just the logo? Please give us instructions on the exact text and location you would like that information presented on the yard sign? Answer 10. See attached picture for information to be included on the sign. Question 11. In the sample image this is not a typical rectangular shape sign, you have a triangle point towards the bottom from the logo. Do you want the sign to have this pointed bottom, as demonstrated in your sample image? That will tell us every sign needs to be individually cut to have that unique shape. Answer 11. The requirement is for an upright rectangular sign, approximately 12" x 18". ----END OF QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS September 22, 2021---- Virginia Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRB) have a requirement to acquire a marketing item imprinted with logo and/or tagline and/or phone number. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The acquisition will be a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order using NAICS code 339950 (Sign Manufacturing). The business size standard is 500 employees. The products in this solicitation are best represented by PSC 9905 (Signs, Advertising Displays, And Identification Plates). Award may be made without discussion. ALL items quoted MUST have shipping costs included in individual items. Delivery is to Blackstone in the state of Virginia. The requested delivery period of the items is 2 weeks After Receipt of Order (ARO). IF delivery requirement cannot be met, please submit alternate delivery dates. The offerors quote shall be clear, concise, and shall include sufficient detail for evaluation purposes. Interested vendors agree to hold the prices in its quote firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for the closing of this RFQ. In order to evaluate quotes to ensure requirements of the solicitation can be met, the following information shall be submitted: Completed and signed Standard Form (SF) 1449, page 1.
