Amendment 0001 is hereby attached to this notice. ----END OF AMENDMENT 0001---- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Virginia Army National Guard will conduct a pre-deployment Yellow Ribbon Event for the 224th Aviation (AVN) and 116th Infantry (IN) within a 30 mile radius of Richmond, VA on November 6th, 2021 for the 224th AVN with an estimated 500 attendees and November 20th, 2021 for the 116th IN with an estimated 1,750 attendees. Each event requires lodging, conference space, child care services, and catering services. The Government will award a Firm Fixed-Price Contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110, (Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels). The Product Service Code (PSC) is V231, (Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Lodging, Hotel/Motel), with a small business size standard of $35,000,000.00. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06, dated 12 July 2021. Interested vendors agree to hold the prices in its quote firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for the closing of this RFQ. ***FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 52.232-18 is included in the solicitation and will be incorporated into any resulting award.*** Payment will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) application in accordance with DFARS clause 252.232-7006, Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions.
