Question 1: Will there be a forklift available at the site to unload and load the equipment off of the trucks, or will the vendor need to provide their own forklift? Answer 1: No. The vendor is responsible for providing their own forklift necessary to offload and load the equipment. -----End of Amendment 0001----- The 116th IBCT of The Virginia Army National Guard requires Delivery and Pick up of twenty-one (21) Generator Light Towers for an Annual Training 2021 at Military Training Center (MTC) FT. Pickett, Virginia 31 July 2021 through 14 August 2021. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) as a Fixed Firm Price (FFP) contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, effective 10 March 2021. This procurement is being issued under NAICS code 532490; Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing and PSC W062; Lease or Rental of Equipment – Lighting Fixtures and Lamps with a business size standard of $35,000,000. The required delivery day of the equipment is July 30, 2021. This is an all-or-none requirement. Partial quotes will be deemed NON-RESPONSIVE and will not be evaluated. Interested vendors agree to hold the prices in its quote firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for the closing of this RFQ. Payment will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) application in accordance with DFARS clause 252.232-7006, Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions.
