Per the notice, "An award(s) will be made to the vendor(s) whose quote meets all minimum requirements in accordance with the performance work statement(s) and is the lowest price, considering the potential for multiple awards. When evaluating the potential for multiple awards, the government will use an evaluation factor of $500.00 per award to determine if overall it is in the government's best interest to make more than one award." As such, vendors do not have to quote on both events, but are required to quote on all requirements per event. Vendors quoting the 224th event must quote, or state "Not Separately Priced" or "No Cost" on contract line item numbers (CLINs) 0001 through 0007.
