A complete mailing address will be provided at time of award. For purposes of this solicitation, the items shall be delivered to Fort Pickett, Blackstone, VA 23824. This solicitation is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and corresponding attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government will award a Firm Fixed-Price Contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334519 (Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing) and the Product Service Code (PCS) is 6515 (Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies), with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06, effective 05 June 2020.
