Amendment to Provide Site Surveys: 11 site surveys, to include pictures of some locations, are available for vendors interested in quoting on this requirement. For security reasons, the site surveys and pictures will not be published on this site. Vendors intending to quote should contact Mr. Dave Pickard via email, david.a.pickard.civ@mail.mil, to request a copy of the surveys and pictures. Compensation for site conditions will not be made after award as a result of failure to request and obtain a copy of the site surveys prior to the closing of this solicitation. Amendment to Closing Date: The closing date is being extended to March 25, 2020 in order to allow the government time to prepare and post answers to questions received. General Information: This solicitation is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and corresponding attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The acquisition will be a Firm-Fixed Price order using NAICS 332999. The products in this solicitation are best represented by PSC Code 5810. The requested delivery period of the equipment is 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). This is an all-or-none requirement. Partial quotes will be deemed non-responsive and will not be evaluated. The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 180 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time is specified in an amendment to the RFQ. The Virginia Army National Guard (VA ARNG) is seeking to procure two (2) Class 5, Information Processing Systems (IPS) Containers for protection of classified computer equipment. VaARNG will purchase two systems initially with the potential for additional purchase in the future. ***If the delivery date cannot be met please provide an alternative delivery date. ***This RFQ has two (2) shipping addresses which are listed under Section 5(a)(III)(1&2) of the Statement of Work (SOW) / Salient Characteristics for this RFQ. The initial purchase will be for two of the locations listed below under section 5(a)(III)(1) with the option to exercise an option to increase quantities per FAR PART 52.217-7 (Option for Increased Quantity-Separately Priced Line Item) for a potential increased quantity of additional items in the future.
