The USPFO Contracting Office, Virginia (VA) intends to issue a sole source award to Edmunds Waste Removal, Cage Code 0TN50, for field sanitation services at Fort Picket Maneuver Training Center at Blackstone, VA 23824. Field Sanitation Services are required to support training units on the Manuver Training Center ranges and training areas for the VaARNG and supporting units. The contract will be awarded for the period of 1 December 2019 to 30 November 2020 with four (4) option periods. This acquistion will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-5, that the circumstance of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available. The North American Industy Classification System INAICS) code fo this requirement is 562991 with the size standard of $7,500,000. This notice is formal solicitation. This notice is not condisdered a Request for Quotation (RFQ). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No purchase order will be awarded on the basis of quotation or offers received in response tp this notice. Any response to this notche must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase order will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this propsed order based upon responses to this notiy within the discretion of the government.
