General information: This solicitation is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and corresponding attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912LQ-19-Q-0015 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-98, effective 31 May 2018. This procurement is being advertised as a Small Business Set-A-Side under NAICS code 721110 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Virginia Army National Guard (VAARNG) is seeking to secure hotel lodging, conference rooms, break out rooms and catering for the State Volunteer Conference to be held on June 7 - 9, 2019. See attached SOW and PRS. The Government will award a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered (see Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Provision 52.212-2, included in the attachment for more information). Multiple awards will not be made. Payment will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) application in accordance with DFARS clause 252.232-7006, Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions. In order to be considered for award, vendors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. The statement of work (SOW) included as an attachment to this announcement, or subsequent amendment, will be made a part of any resulting award. 2.
