This announcement and corresponding attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912LQ-19-Q-0008 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, effective 19 Jan 2017. This procurement is being issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB) under NAICS code 541990 with a small business size standard of $15M. The Virginia Army National Guard (VAARNG) Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) will be conducting a Collective Training Exercise (CTE) at Fort Pickett Maneuver Training Center during the period February 26-28, 2019. Award will be made to the vendor whose quote represents the most advantageous scenario to the government (see Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Provision 52.212-2, included in the attachment for more information).
