This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no additional written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912LP-21-Q-2002, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, effective 10 March 2021. The NAICS code is 511210 (Software Publisher) and the small business size standard of $41,500,000. The basis for award is price. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase contract to the vendor whose quote, conforming to the requirements of this solicitation, represents the lowest priced items meeting the minimum specifications identified in the Statement of Work (Attachment #1). The Government intends to make a single award in response to this solicitation.
