The Iowa National Guard requires technical instruction services for a Basic Narcotic Investigations Course at the Midwest Counterdrug Training Center. The period of performance is a base period of approximately 12 months, with four 12-month option periods. The location for performance is specified as the Midwest Counterdrug Training Center. Prospective bidders are asked to review draft documents and submit a Sources Sought Response Form to help the Government determine necessary revisions and the appropriate acquisition path.
