See attachments for complete details: Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, effective 03/16/2023. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 311999 with a small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is unrestricted. The Iowa National Guard is seeking to purchase Raw Subsistence (Grocery, Meat, Bakery, Dairy, Frozen, etc.) for Culinary Specialists to prepare training meals at Camp Dodge, IA, June 16-26, 2023. Multiple deliveries are required due to limited storage. Attachment 1 - Required Delivery Date (RDD) and Product List shows products, quantity, and required delivery date. All interested contractors shall provide an offer incompliance with Attachment 1 - Required Delivery Date (RDD) and Product List which will be incorporated as an attachment to the awardees purchase order. Contractor shall state in their offer required delivery dates are acceptable or recommend similar delivery dates that will not change the availability of Raw Subsistence for training meals while maintaining freshness of food items. If requested package size is small than contractor offers, contractor shall round-up to meet the requirement. An exception is when rounding-up results in an excessive quantity. Bases for award is price and compliance with Attachment 1. Submission Requirements Contractor shall include a completed Attachment 3 - Contractor Information and Pricing Tables, with statement regarding required delivery dates as described above. Quote submission shall be received not later than 10:00 am central (local) time on 24 May 2023. Electronic quote is preferred and shall be submitted via email to Dan Collins, daniel.w.collins.civ@army.mil and Megan Kaszinski, megan.r.kaszinski.mil@army.mil. Regardless of how the quote is delivered, the contractor is responsible for ensuring it is received in the USPFO-Iowa Purchasing and Contracting office not later than the due date and time. Late submissions will be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f). Proposed price for each line-item (RDD) shall be firm-fixed price (FFP) and inclusive of all management, labor, raw subsistence, supplies, delivery, and all other associated expenses required to provide the Raw Subsistence as described within Attachments 1 - Required Delivery Date (RDD) and Product List. The Government prefers individual prices for each of the three separate line-item (RDD) deliveries.
