LINE ITEM #: 0002 ITEM: IUID Label QUANTITY / UNIT: 3 / Each DESCRIPTION: Mats require an item Unique Identification label per DFARS Clause 252.211-7003 – Item Unique Identification and Valuation. Contractor is responsible for providing both IUID labels at the time of delivery. LINE ITEM #: 0003 ITEM: Shipping/Freight (if applicable) QUANTITY / UNIT: 1 / Each DESCRIPTION: The following shall apply if contractor’s offer includes FOB Origin. Shiping/freight expense of $250.00 and above, contractor shall submit their original shipping invoice or GBL/CBL and the invoice(s) submitted for the supplies in accordance with Invoicing Instructions outlined within DFARS Clause 252.232-7006 “Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions.” All specifications for the proposed wrestling mats shall meet or exceed the salient characteristics described below. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: Wrestling mat shall cover an overall area of 42’ Long x 42’ Wide x 1 5/8” Tall. Wrestling mat shall come in seven sections each measuring 6’ Wide x 42’ Long x 1 5/8” Tall. Wrestling mat shall have a smooth surface that is made of non-hardening, non-shrinking, non-cracking, and non-tearing material. Wrestling mats shall have hot sprayed poly-vinyl coating. Wrestling mats shall be 1 5/8” thick made of polyethylene foam core with flexible tambour slits to allow for easy rolling. Wrestling mat sections shall have a built-in hook and loop system (Velcro) for attaching mat sections together. Wrestling mat shall be Pantone color 753C (see finished mat proof below). Wrestling mat shall have 10’ and 28’ circles with start marks. Wrestling mat shall have 10` circle and start marks outlined in Pantone color 7535C (see mat proof below). Wrestling mat 28` circle with a black outline (see mat proof below). Wrestling mat shall have a 15’ Wide x 18’ High Iowa Army National Guard Shield Logo with three color imprint: black, white and gold “Pantone 123C” (see mat proof below). Wrestling mat shall have upper case “1-800-GO-GUARD” “STAR IMAGE” “NATIONALGUARD.COM/IA” black in color placed centered 2’ in from the bottom edge of the mat (bottom edge would be below logo), 30’ Wide x 1’ High MATERIAL FURNISHED: Government will provide pdf image files only for images. Contractor is responsible for conversion of files and resizing to fit imprint area. PROOFS: Contractor shall provide the Government a copy of the finished images and a pre-production mat design with image(s) placement showing the actual appearance of the wrestling mat. Wrestling mat production prior to receiving Government acceptance of image proofs and overall mat design is at contractor’s own expense if images, placement, and overall design is not accepted by the Government.
