You are invited to submit comments/feedback in response to this Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI) concerning an upcoming solicitation for Promotional Backpacks to the Iowa National Guard, Camp Dodge Joint Maneuver Training Center, USPFO-P&C, Bldg. 3475, 7105 NW 70th Avenue, Johnston, IA 50131-1824. Quotes are not requested at this time. Salient characteristics (purchase description) for the proposed backpack shall meet or exceed the salient characteristics described below. Please provide comments/feedback, to include the following: 1. Can your business provide this requirement per the salient characteristics listed? 2. Does your backpack comply with DFARS Part 225, “Qualifying Country End Product” or demonstrate that over 50% of the unit price is performed within the United States? 3. Are the salient characteristics either too vague or too restrictive? 4. Any other useful information to improve the salient characteristics? 5.
