Basis for award is price. Lodging prices shall be firm fixed price (FFP) and inclusive of room rental and applicable service fees. Meeting room space shall be FFP and inclusive of room rental and applicable service fees. Meal prices shall be FFP and inclusive of food, beverages, and applicable services fees. The Government is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax and Hotel/Motel Tax. Quotes shall be submitted via email to kelsey.l.letcher.civ@army.mil and vicky.l.williams10.civ@army.mil by the date and time indicated in the solicitation. Late quotes will not be accepted. Facsimile quotes will not be accepted.
