Please review the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and rprovide the following feedback: 1. Does the PWS provide adequate information to prepare a complete and accurate quote? If not, what additional information is needed? 2. How many days do you require to prepare a complete and accurate quote (after issuance of the solicitation)? 3. Your business size/socio-economic group for the NAICS code indicated above? 4. How much lead-time would you need (after receipt of order) to commence services? 5.
