Amendment 0001 - Correction to Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (corrects period of performance dates). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912LP-22-Q-4505, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04, effective 1/30/2022. This is a solicitation for full and open competition. The NAICS code is 721214 and the small business size standard is $8.0 million. The following commercial services are requested in this solicitation: The Contractor shall provide lodging, meeting space, meals and activities in an overnight camp setting for a State Youth Symposium (Camp), in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract line item numbers (CLINs) and quantities are as follows: CLIN 0001, Youth Symposium - Youth Camper, priced per attendee, firm fixed price to include all lodging, meeting space, meals and activities. 70 Each CLIN 0002, Youth Symposium - Youth Leader, priced per attendee, firm fixed price to include all lodging, meeting space, meals and activities. 15 Each The FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses listed in Attachment 2 are hereby incorporated into this solicitation. The full text of all provisions and clauses can be viewed at www.acquisition.gov. Submission Requirements: The offeror may submit quotations on company letterhead or quotation form. Quotations must include the following information. 1) Attachment #3, Contact Information and Pricing Table; 2) Date(s) of availability for the camp (in order of preference if more than one date range is provided); 3) Camp brochure or narrative description of the camp, to include lodging facilities, dining facilities, community areas, and activities/programming that will be offered to camp attendees; 4) Proposed menus for all meals. Quotations that do not include all required information may not be considered for award. Questions are due by 10:00 a.m. local (central) time on 1 March 2022. Questions shall be submitted via email to kelsey.l.letcher.civ@army.mil. Questions will not be accepted by phone. Questions and answers will be consolidated into a single Q&A document and posted to Contract Opportunities on www.sam.gov on a non-attribution basis. Offerors shall monitor the web site for the most current Q&A documents and amendments to the solicitation. Quotes are due by 10:00 a.m. local (central) time on 8 March 2022.
