Iowa Army National Guard Raw Subsistence W912LP-22-Q-1113 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912LP-22-Q-1113, is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, effective 5/1/2022. This procurement is full and open competition. The NAICS code is 311999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Basis for award is Price. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: Contract shall provide complete lists of raw subsistence (food items) in accordance with Attachment 1 spreadsheet. The contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs), quantities and unit of issue are as follows: CLIN 0001: Raw Subsistence (04 June 2022), Quantity/Unit of Issue: 1 / Each CLIN 0002: Raw Subsistence (07 June 2022), Quantity/Unit of Issue: 1 / Each CLIN 0003: Raw Subsistence (09 June 2022), Quantity/Unit of Issue: 1 / Each CLIN 0004: Raw Subsistence (11 June 2022), Quantity/Unit of Issue: 1 / Each CLIN 0005: Raw Subsistence (14 June 2022), Quantity/Unit of Issue: 1 / Each See Attachment #1 for complete list of raw subsistence (food items) by delivery date. Each delivery date is a spreadsheet tab. NOTE: if requested package size is smaller than contractor offers, round-up to meet the requirement. An exception is when rounding up results in an excessive quantity. Delivery location: Camp Dodge, 7105 NW 70th Ave., Johnston, IA 50131 Proposed price for each CLIN shall be firm-fixed price (FFP) and inclusive of all management, labor, raw subsistence, supplies, delivery, and all other associated expenses required to provide the raw subsistence as described within Attachments #1.
