Salient Characteristics: Please see quantaties and sizes listed in Attachment #1. Quotation is due no later than 11:00 AM CST on 17 September 2021. Quotation shall be submitted to Mr. Jeff Kathman, Contract Specialist, at jeffery.l.kathman.civ@mail.mil. Questions shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist by 11:00 AM CST 15 September 2021. Questions will not be accepted by phone. The following terms are applicable to this RFQ: 1. NAICS Code 315210, with a small business size standard of 750 employees, is applicable to this requirement. 2. Basis for Award is Price. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose quotation, submitted in compliance with this solicitation, represents the lowest total price to the Government for product(s) that meet the minimum requirements. 3. The Government anticipates a single award, but reserves the right to make multiple awards if determined to be in the best interest of the Government. 4. Offeror shall provide brand, model/part number(s), country of origin, product specifications and warranty information for proposed product(s) with thier quotation. All specifications of the proposed items must meet or exceed the salient characteristics indicated above. The Offeror shall identify proposed products with specifications which do not meet the minimum salient characteristics as a deviation to the requirement, and shall explain how the product(s) with the proposed deviation will meet the Government’s requirement. Quotes that do not include requested information may be deemed non-compliant and may not be considered for award. 5. Offerors shall have a current, active registration in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Register or check status/expiration date of your registration at http://www.sam.gov. If you are not registered, or if your registration expires within the next 60-days, start the process of updating of your registration now as it may take up to 12-15 business days after you submit before your registration is active in SAM. Offerors shall submit invoices electronically via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) application at https://piee.eb.mil and will receive payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the bank account listed in their SAM profile. 7. Proposed products shall be domestic end products or DFARS Part 225 qualifying country end products.
