Dental and Audiology Coordinator for the Vermont Army National Guard
This is a non-personal services contract to provide the Vermont Army National Guard with administrative support for its Dental and Hearing Conservation programs, aiming to optimize service member medical readiness. The contractor will perform independent data entry, records tracking, scheduling, and metrics reporting without any government supervision over its personnel. All work must be executed under the Service Contract Act using the mandatory Medical Record Clerk labor category, with rates conforming to the attached wage determination. Personnel require at least two years of healthcare administration experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn military health databases like MEDCHART and MEDPROS. All staff must be U.S. citizens capable of passing a federal background investigation to obtain a Common Access Card.
