The contract is for full food service supporting Basic Leader Course classes at the 124th Regional Training Institute's dining facility (Lafayette Building 10) at Camp Johnson, Colchester, Vermont. It will be a single firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract with a two-year ordering period from 1 October 2026 through 30 September 2028. The total contract value ceiling is $990,000, covering a minimum guarantee of 200 meals and a maximum program capacity of 65,000 meals, with individual task orders ranging from 200 to 7,000 meals. The contractor will provide all management, personnel, food products, supplies, preparation, serving, sanitation, and dishwashing in accordance with TB MED 530 and FDA Food Code, including zero deep-fat frying, whole-grain bread, and ServSafe-certified supervision. Task orders will be released for each scheduled training class, with year-one classes running from October 2026 through September 2027 and year-two classes beginning October 2027.
