PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Total COntainment Vessel Repair Document Type: Pre-solicitation Notice Classification Code 1385 - Surface Use Explosive Ordnance Disposal Tools Set Aside: Small Business NAICS Code: 332999 - All Other Miscellaneous manufacturing The USPFO for Vermont intends to issue a Combo (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract (on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable) for services, and equipment to repair a NABCO 42-GT-SCS (Total Containment Vessel). Work to be performed at the 158th Fighter Wing, South Burlington, Vermont (Chittenden County). This project is being procured as Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 332999, with a size standard of 500 employees. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or about 15 January 2019, with quotes due NLT 5 February 2019 @ 11:00 AM (Eastern). The solicitation and associated information and the plans and specifications will be available only from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on-line at https://www.fbo.gov/. FedBizOpps is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. Interested bidders/offerors must register with FedBizOpps before accessing the system. FedBizOpps registration requires the following information: 1) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN), 2) DUNS Number and CAGE Code, 3) Telephone Number, 4) Email address.
