ANSWERS INCLUDE CLARIFICATION REGARDING THE ORDERING PERIOD AND DATES ON WHICH DELIVERY WILL BE REQUIRED IN MARCH 2025. RFQ has previously been updated to add Excel spreadsheet with 12 month estimates. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the preparation of and delivery of bagged breakfast and lunch meals using Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. This solicitation requires vendors to submit fixed unit pricing for each CLIN. The Government intends to make one award as a result of this RFQ. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Prepare bagged breakfast and lunch/dinner meals using the provided menus and deliver meals to the Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, VT. The estimated maximum quantity of meals & types ordered under this RFQ is provided in attachments. See Performance Work Statement attachment for detailed description of work to be performed and aceptable quality levels.
