There are three periods of performance: April 1, 2024 – April 8, 2024 April 13, 2024 – April 26, 2024 May 11, 2024 -May 24, 2024 The attached Combined Synopsis and Solicitation includes Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Factors that will be used to select a vendor, as well as the Performance Work Statement (PWS) describing the work to be performed in full; vendors must fully meet the requirements of the PWS.
