Performance period is for two 23-day courses conducted between 07SEP2023-29SEP2023 and optional 12OCT2023-03NOV2023. The required services include cooking, serving, and cleaning for breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals to be served in the dining facility as well as the preparation of bag lunches for field training exercises. These meals shall resemble the portion, variety, and quality expected at established restaurants. The provided menus shall be used as the basis for meal planning.
