Performance period is for three 23-day courses conducted between July and September 2022. The required services include cooking, serving and cleaning for breakfast, lunch and dinner meals to be served in the dining facility and the preparation of bag lunches for field training exercises. These meals shall resemble the portion, variety and quality expected at established restaurants and the VTARNG RTI provided menus.
