The Vermont Army National Guard USPFO, VT-PFO-PC, is conducting market research to gain information on the availability of eleven (11) replacement keyboards for its installed Kurvenin Biathlon target system, to control targets and track shooting data entry during races. The keyboards must meet the following technical requirements: Comply with International Biathlon Union (IBU) Event and Competition Rules, Annex A, paragraph 3.2.1.16: Targets Currently Authorized by the IBU Interface with Kurvenin KES 2007 Target System, using proprietary Kurvenin data ports Send and receive data from three target systems over the Kurvenin target system network Have a backlit screen to ensure visibility in a variety of outdoor settings and conditions Be waterproof and functional in temperatures between -30 and +40 degrees Celsius Use an RS 232 connection for data transfer Product must be Kurvenin brand or equal in all technical respects indicated above.
