This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items provided in accordance with the format Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation W912LN-19-T-0004 is issued as a Request for Proposal and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-89. This Procurement is a total small business size for procurement, the NAICS code is 722320 with size standard $8.0 million. USPFO for Vermont, VT-PFO-PC, has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for a vendor to provide catered meals for the Regional Training Institute at Camp Johnson in Colchester, VT 05446. There are 2 separate 22 day course schedules: 3-25 October 2019 and 31 October through 22 November 2019. See attached PWS and Headcount attachments for specific details. There are 2 headcount tabs in the attached Headcount spreadsheet. The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotes. It is the vendor's responsibility to request and receive confirmation of quote receipt.
