This Justification and Approval is for additional services required on a contract that was set aside for a economically disadvantaged woman owned small business that was awarded with prices found to be fair and reasonable through competition. The requirement is about to begin option year 2 on a contract awarded for a base period of 12 months with two 12-month option periods. The additional services are required due to additional training taking place at the Arden Hills and Camp Ripley locations that were not able to be forecasted due to the base contract requirements being awarded two years ago. The following CLINS with the number of services being increased are: 2002 increased by 1 service; 2004 increase by 35 services; 2005 added 10 services; 2007 added 150 services; 2008 added 160 services; 2009 added 20 services; 2011 added 225 services; 2012 added 220 services; 2013 added 1 service.
