CLIN 0001 - Locker Room Lockers - 75 each - Single Tier - Maximum dimensions: 6' H x 18" W x 21" D CLIN 0002 - Lockers Room Benches - 14 each - Maximum dimensions: 48" W x 18" H x 9.5" D 1. Do you have a layout of how the lockers will be set up? Will you need filler strips? - Floorplan is now attached to the solicitation. No filler strips necessary. 2. Do the lockers need slope tops? - Slope tops not necessary. 3. Do you need lockers with legs or closed bases? - Closed bases are preferred. 4. What kind of pedestal would you prefer for the benches? - Two (2) bolt mounted pedestals in an aluminum power coated finish. 5. By maximum dimensions, do you mean you want the size 12x12x72? - The largest size locker to fin in the same is 18"Wx6'Hx21"D. 6. Is there a specification for the lockers, such as locking mechanisms, accessories, finishes? - Standard metal locker, adjustable hat shelves, 3 wall hooks, a coat rod, lift up handle, and recessed hasp that can accommodate a standard padlock. 7. What depth do you want the benches to be? - Maximum 9.5"D 8. Is this delivery only or delivery/install? - Delivery only 9. Do you want lockers shipped knocked down or preassembled? - Preassembled 10. If shipping preassembled, is it OK to ship in (25) 3-wide locker groups already attached to one another to make it easy for install? - If possible, 18 x 3 attached, 24 single. 11. Are the lockers standard or heavy duty, with regard to body & door guage? - No preference. 12. Is there any special ventiliation required or is standard louvers in the door sufficient? - Standard 13. Do you need locker and locks? - Requesting lift up handles and recessed hasp that can accommodate a standard padlock. 14. What style locker do you need? - Standard duty metal locker. 10 July 2019 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-02. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a cascading small business set-aside. North American Industrial Classification Standard 337215 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 500 employees. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to award under a different NAICS if the company would qualify as a small business under the solicited NAICS. The following is needed: CLIN 0001: Locker Room Lockers - 75 each - Single tier - Maximum dimensions 6' H x 18" W x 21" D CLIN 0002: Locker Room Benches - 10 each - Maximum 42" wide Preparing and Submitting your Quote: Offerors shall provide pricing for the above items to the Minnesota Air National Guard, 4680 Viper Street, Duluth, MN 55811-6031. Please make quotes valid until 31 August 2019. All questions must be directed to Rebecca Dimler at rebecca.p.dimler.mil@mail.mil no later than two business days prior to quote due date or may not be considered. All questions and answers must be in writing. Do not contact other Government personnel, as this will only delay receipt of answers. All questions and the answers provided will be released to all eligible offerors on a non-attribution basis. All terms and conditions remain unchanged unless amended in writing. Evaluation: The Government plans to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offer conforming to the solicitation which will be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated using price, technical, delivery, and past performance factors considered. Technical, delivery and past performance factors, when combined, are approximately equal when compared to price. All solicitation specifications are not absolute and the 148FW will consider innovative solutions to this requirement.
