Items 1-5 are Brand Name Only and are to be quoted as such using the Item description and followed on Brand Name of Nikon, Manufacturing Part Numbers, and quantities. See 'A 02 - J&A Brand Namne - Nikon Camera' attachment for Justification and Approval of the Nikon Brand Name Only for items 1-5. The remaining items, 6-30, are full and open competition with Item Descriptions and Quantites required illustrated in the attachment called 'B 01 - Combined Synopsis_Solicitation - PAO Equipment.' This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All items are to be shipped in 1 (One) shipment. Quote is to included Shipping and Handling for all items in proposed price.
