The Minnesota National Guard (USPFO) is conducting a sources-sought market survey for a single-award Architect-Engineer IDIQ contract supporting Air National Guard missions at St. Paul, MN (133rd Airlift Wing) and Duluth, MN (148th Fighter Wing). The contract is planned for a five-year ordering period, with task orders primarily under $1,000,000 but potentially up to $5,000,000, and an anticipated total ceiling of $20 million. Services will be procured under A-E selection procedures based on professional qualifications rather than competitive bidding, and may include planning/master planning, design and construction documents, construction support, environmental/NEPA studies, surveys, investigations, commissioning, and interior design.
