This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2024-05. PRE-AWARD: Upon request by the Government: One (1) fully completed pre-print sample MUST be e-mailed to ariel.d.gould.civ@army.mil for virtual validation and approval.
