This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2024-03. PRE-AWARD: Upon request by the Government: One (1) fully completed sample of each item MUST be delivered to 1025 Broadway St. NE, Minneapolis, MN 55412 for physical validation and approval. Sample items must be delivered to the Government within 7 days upon request to be considered for award. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and the quantity shipped will count off the total order, if approved and awarded. If not approved, the sample will not be returned to the vendor and the Government will not reimburse any costs.
